Sohail Tanvir was the top player for the Rajasthan Royals in the first season of the Indian Premier League. He finished the competition with the most wickets, 22, taking 22. He bowled 6/14 against the Chennai Super Kings during the 2008 season, which was his best performance.

Among his six dismissals were Kane Williamson, Deepak Hooda, Naman Ojha, Yuvraj Singh, Moises Henriques, and Bhuvneswar Kumar. Regrettably, Adam Zampa’s pitch was insufficient for the Rising Pune Giants to win the game. They lost by 4 runs since their hitting lineup was unable to bring down 138 runs. Ishant Sharma ranks as the sixth-best bowler in the annals of the Indian Premier League. In a convincing victory over Kochi Tuskers Kerala in 2011, Ishant bowled a terrific session while playing for the Deccan Chargers. In the match, he claimed five wickets while giving up just 12 runs.

The bowler reduced Kochi to 11 for six in chase of a modest 130 after four overs, dismissing Parthiv Patel, Raiphi Gomez, Brad Hodge, Kedar Jadhav, and Mahela Jayawardene. He was named Match’s Player of the Night.
